As the owner/manager of Signature Settlements, DEBBIE MILLINER has assembled the most experienced, courteous and professional title company team in Frederick County, MD. With over 60 years of experience between them, the Signature team goes the extra mile to assure a timely and worry free closing. Debbie has lived in the area over 30 years and has worked in many areas of real estate including construction, development, sales and settlements. Known by realtors and loan officers to be humorous and somewhat “over the edge” while conducting closings, Debbie clearly enjoys what she does and puts everyone involved at ease. While tempted by gourmet treats at the settlement table buyers and sellers relax as Debbie leads them through the paperwork and explains each document briefly in layman’s terms. She holds a Maryland, West Virginia and Pennsylvania title license, is a member of the Frederick County Association of Realtors, and belongs to the Rotary Club of Carroll Creek. Golden An experienced processor can make or break a settlement. That is why SANDI GOLDEN is held in such high esteem. Sandi, who has a Maryland, Pennsylvania and West Virginia title license has over 17 years of title work behind her, beginning in the post closing department and working her way through each of the other closing tasks. Having begun her career in Montgomery County and then moving to Frederick County, Sandi has mastered the ins and outs of each area’s procedures. Additionally, Sandi works side by side with the firm accountant ensuring that all monies involved in a closing are correctly distributed. Craver LIBBY CRAVER has lived in Frederick her entire life. Having previously worked for a lender, she came to Signature Settlements with prior closing and post closing experience. Since July, 2004 Libby has complemented the Signature team and has learned the entire settlement process from beginning to end. She rarely meets a stranger since she seems to know (or be related to) many of our clients. Libby adds a warm and fuzzy touch to the Signature staff. Snyder VICKI SNYDER, a Maryland licensed title agent, has been with Signature Settlements for two years but is not new to the title business. Her prior 15 years in the title industry serves Signature well as Vicki is the first one to open and review an incoming file and the last one to see it before the documents are returned to the lender. Since she has so much experience in every aspect of a title transaction, Vicki is key in communicating with realtors, lenders, and their clients, putting all the pieces together to ensure a smooth transaction. As one of the friendly voices who answers the phone, Vicki assesses the caller’s needs and directs them accordingly.
